With a background in counselling, hypnotherapy, and behavioural change, her work has evolved to include a broader understanding of how the body, mind, and environment interact. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface-level solutions, she works with the underlying patterns that shape how people think, feel, and respond to life.
